Home Preparation - Very Important!


We highly recommend cleaning and staging your property for the shoot. Not only do homes that are staged sell quicker and for the most money, but an empty home or badly furnished one yields no emotion from the buyer. Homes should be ready to be photographed on the day of the shoot. It is highly recommended that the Realtor or staging team arrive well before the scheduled photography session to prepare the home for photography or video. A home that is ready allows us to focus on capturing the best image quality, composition, and create the very best visual story of the home.

Service Areas

We service everywhere between Mt. Pleasant and Hendersonville, Tennessee. Specifically our travel radius is 80 miles starting from Columbia, TN. If you have a property that is outside of that radius, we unfortunately cannot accommodate your listing. If you're not sure please contact us before you book. Some common areas we service are: Nashville, Brentwood, Murfreesboro, Lebanon, Smyrna, Spring Hill, Franklin, Columbia, Lewisburg, Chapel Hill, Fairview, Mt Juliet, Hendersonville.

Cancellation and Reschedule Policy - Please Read!

We understand how dynamic the real estate industry is and things can change in an instant! However, we respectfully ask for 48 hour notice to cancel. After 48 hours, a cancellation fee of $75 will be assessed. Please call for all cancellations. To reschedule your appointment please contact us within 24 hours. A reschedule fee of $50 will be assessed after 24 hours. No reschedule fees will be assessed for inclement weather including rain, snow, or sleet. If we arrive at the property to find the shoot is cancelled (including denied access to the property), the full amount of the shoot will still be incurred. If we arrive at the property to find it is rescheduled a $100 fee will be assessed. We do not foresee any reason to assess fees as communication between us will be open and current.
