Service Description

Advertise your property with 50-60 beautiful images and an interior/exterior walk through video set to music. Recommended for homes 3,000 sqft and up, appointments can take up to 3 hours. Includes drone footage, if you don't require drone let us know in the notes. Regular turnaround is 24-48 hours for photographs and 3-5 days for video. Be sure to add any important information or special requests in the notes section (example: I would like photos of the marina near the home). If you don't see the availability you want on our calendar and you'd like to get in sooner, contact us we may be able to accommodate you. It is very important to us that your photos and video come out amazing! Please make sure the property is fully ready by the appointment time. This means the home is vacated by all persons including inspectors and repair men and all staging is complete. Appointments will take the full 3 hour slot so it is important that we are not delayed. We cannot guarantee the fullest potential of the shoot if these guidelines are not followed.   Please read our cancellation and reschedule policy prior to booking. Cancelation Policy

We respectfully ask for 72 hour notice to cancel. There are no refunds after 72 hours. Please call for all cancellations. To reschedule your appointment please contact us within 48 hours. After 48 hours a reschedule fee of $100 will be assessed. No reschedule fees will be assessed for inclement weather including rain, snow, or sleet. If we arrive at the property to find the shoot is cancelled (including denied access to the property), the full amount of the shoot will still be incurred (no refunds). If we arrive at the property to find it is rescheduled a $200 fee will be assessed. We do not foresee any reason to assess fees as communication between us will be open and current. *We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any appointment at our discretion.
